Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a core goal for our organisation. We have established various targets, including environment sustainability, employee wellbeing, customer satisfaction, and accreditations. Additionally, we focus on CSR through a yearly increasing fundraising and volunteering target.
Every year we choose a charity to support, which is solely chosen through employee votes. For us, it’s important to choose a charity that is close to our people’s hearts, and we are delighted that our charity of the year for 2024 is Nightingale House Hospice.
We sincerely hope that no one finds themselves in need of the services provided by Nightingale House Hospice. However, if the need arises, they are an exceptional charity to turn to. Their support has touched the lives of our team members' families, and we are committed to helping them continue their significant work in the local community.
Nightingale House Hospice offers essential palliative care services to those with life-limiting illnesses, free-of-charge to patients and their families in areas ranging from Wrexham to Barmouth, and border towns like Oswestry and Whitchurch. As a charity, they rely on community support and grants, with only 20% funding from the local health board and Welsh Assembly Government.

Repeating the success of the previous year, we're organising a charity mountain bike ride along with a 5km run at Erdigg.
Advatek is turning 10! We're planning a grand celebration party, with all proceeds being donated to the hospice.
