In the past year, we’ve gone through some big changes which we are really excited to tell you about. Following a £1.1million investment, we have invested heavily in our people, building and processes.
We have recruited eight new members of staff, with great new hires into our technical and account management teams, allowing us to continue to deliver excellence to our customers.
We now have an incredibly strong technical team, having invested in solutions architect, project engineering and managed services specialists. We this recruitment and our internal training initiatives, we now have Cisco CCIE and Fortinet NSE 7 qualified technical staff. Watch this space for an introduction to our newest members of staff.
Like many other companies, we have been working from home for most of the past year. However, we have big plans for when we return to the office. We have purchased our HQ building, in Wilkinson Business Park– having purchased the entire top floor which we are now in the process of converting to a purpose built Technical support office, the jewel in our crown, helping us to ensure a secure environment for our teams to manage, monitor and deliver for our customers.
